Multiplex PCR detection of the classical enterotoxin genes of Staphylococcus aureus in humans and animal isolates

Abstract Staphylococcus aureus is a prevalent bacterial causative agent of bovine mastitis and human food illness by secreting enterotoxins. This study aims to identify the seven classic enterotoxin genes (SEA SEH) isolated from humans animals. A total 173 isolates 14 (goat cow) were amplified with 23S rRNA genes. The presence classical enterotoxins (sea-seh) was using multiplex polymerase chain reaction (m-PCR). Amplification SEs singly in combination observed both isolates. Of isolates, sec showed highest prevalence 112 (65%), followed seh gene 89 (51%), 61 (35%) for seg one (1%) sea see two also detected se (c, h), g), (g, h)] three g, h) . Furthermore, all animal positive (100%), 11 (78%) Five (seh, sea, seg, sec, see) identified. Still, only identified origin.
